Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 2 business days, Monday through Friday, Excluding holidays. Orders received on the weekends and holidays will be processed within 2 business days. Orders are processed and shipped from Mission Viejo, CA. Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or is delayed, we will notify you via e-mail or telephone when the product becomes available. If you do not respond within 48 hours, we will consider your order canceled. Orders are usually shipped within 36-48 hours after your order has been processed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping rates are determined by weight and destination at point of purchase. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses or out of the continental United States. Standard delivery orders in the U.S. will be shipped via USPS. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number once the item has been processed and shipped. We will contact you with this information; there is no need to reconfirm this by contacting us.
